Thank you for posting in Intel community forum, hope all is well and apologies for the delayed in response.

Different IBIS model can be found in the link below:

Please do let us know if you did not managed to find any related files.

As for NDA related question, due to the separation there would be new NDA required, which for our relevant customer the Altera sales team has contacted to follow up on that.
