Customer failure analysis request Quality Event 123230 PN ALC3-1AB227640008_REP, MPN EP4S100G5H40I1N

Please support with this issue.

For more details please see attached the investigation report.

We need to send this failure part from customer field to analysis as per client request.

It's very urgent.
