I would like to know if there is any Altera IP - Avalon MM to Avalon ST bridge/ reference design for Arria 10 GX devkit.

Have you checked the IP Catalog in Platform Designer? I'm pretty sure there is such a bridge (MM slave on one side and ST source on the other). I don't have the software open right now to check.
