10G Ethernet IP on Cyclone 10 GX with IEEE 1588 support - Ordering Guide

I would like to integrate a 10G MAC + 10G PHY with support for IEEE 1588.

For the PHY, the IP to be purchased seams to be IP-10GMRPHY. Is it correct?

For the MAC:

Question 1: Do I need to purchase both IP-10GEUMAC and IP-10GEUMACF or is IP-10GEUMAC integrated into IP-10GEUMACF license?

Question 2: When I compile my design in evaluation mode I get "Evaluation Mode" messages for 3 IPs:

IP-10GMRPHY
IP-10GETHMACF
Low Latency Ethernet 10G MAC

Which IP block is integrated in which license?
