Xilinx tech support better than Altera?

I'm just curious if anybody knows if Xilinx's tech support is any better than Altera's. I'm extremely irritated by the Altera tech support as they seem to NEVER actually read the first submission be...

Ive not used Xilinx support - altera support has always responded quickly to my enhancement requests/bug reports.

I can agree with this - I in fact never got a generic response, first response most of the time in fact solved my problem. :)
