Where is the file Avalon_VGA_Controller.zip ?

I would like to add a framebuffer to the Nios II board, and to do so, I follow the instructions mentioned in the nioswiki :

Therefore I would like to download the file Avalon_VGA_Controller.zip proposed on this page. Unfortunately the link :

doesn't work anymore because the niosforum site has been replaced.

Does anyone know where I could find this file ?
