Where can I get RELIABILITY REPORT for intel FPGA devices, especially MAX10 and Cyclone V Soc ?

I need the same data as a topic starter:

FIT or MTBF for MAX10 and Cyclone V devices. I have registered in RDC, but I see no Data there. Could you please provide me the data here?
