Where can I get RELIABILITY REPORT for intel FPGA devices, especially MAX10 and Cyclone V Soc ?

Now I am searching for FIT or MTBF for MAX10 and Cyclone V Soc devices. Where can I get RELIABILITY REPORT for intel FPGA devices, especially MAX10 and Cyclone V Soc ?
