Where can I download the FloTHERM compact thermal model (CTM) of the Stratix 10 FPGA mentioned in the Intel document AN-787?

I was instructed through the Intel online chat to request the FloTHERM compact thermal model (CTM) through this forum for a thermal analysis of the device. Thanks you for your prompt response.
