7 years ago"Under bias" in this context simply means that power is applied to the supply pins that meets the min/max specifications. Ie, VCCint and VCCio are valid as per table 3-2.
Table 3-1 indicates that the highest temperature permitted with no bias (unpowered) is 150'C, whereas it is 135'C when the device is powered.
