what FPGA CPLD cable driver can I use with most devices

Hi I just downloaded the Intel Quartus Prime software I booted that and then it tells me I need to install device drivers, that is rather vague for newbies Im one so I assume the software is referring to the device Cable drivers is that correct. Im using a CPLD prototyper FPGA device, I seem to remember this was used with a Cable that needs a cable driver.

The issue is Im not using any devices Intel lists, instead Im using a device that used to be made by Bil Herd which is a CPLD FPGA, Bil made these himself, but it seems he quit making these neat little CPLD devices. Bil BTW has some past Hackaday videos and he used this very CPLD device and it was working, only the device was recognized as UNKNOWN DEVICE.

So also then when you first install Quartus Prime etc it first iforms you of installing device drivers, so should I just put the device driver in the main directory that is in the dialogue box?
