We would like to assess for aerospace applications the use of automotive-grade MAX10 FPGAs with QFP package Since sustaining -55°c is requested , how could we uprate these MAX10 devices for this temperature (if technically viable)?

Could the die naturally sustain lower temperatures than -40°C? Is there a company that did this kind of work? Thanks in advance

  • Hi MRuiz8,

Thank you for contacting Intel Community. For your information, the operation junction temperature range of Max 10 automotive device is -40C to 125C. Any condition outside the range may cause permanent damage to the device.

Users are recommended to operate the device within the recommended specification.

    Thank you
