Hello,

I would like to make an interface between a camera that provided a video signal 4 / 3 for display on a VGA screen 16 / 9, by embedding the text on the rest of the screen.

Could you tell me what development board would be more suited to my needs?

Have you ever kernel software that manage the function VGA?
