As I understand it, you have some inquiries related to the A10 triple rate SDI example design. For your information, the AN746 design is only applicable to A10 devices. For SV devices, you may refer to the following example design at Design Store:

Design for Stratix V Devices and the relative design file for Quartus 12.
The file you linked is more recent, it is referred to the same Application note (i can't find any documentation in you linked page)?
I would like to do the VCXO replacement design.
