usb device driver for ISP1362

hello everyone,

My project requires me to write a driver for ISP1362 chip of de2 board.(in windows xp working environment)

Does anyone knows how to write the vendor request and usb device request for this chip?

since i cannot understand the steps in ISP1362 datasheet (ms45).

    I not yet found any answer yet.

    Now i'm figure out the USB device driver for ISP1362 means ISP1362 host controller driver or ISP1362 device controller driver?

    Anyone has any idea?
