USB Blaster driver installation

problem is this, because i tried usb blaster also on 64bit system, result was the same. so i found on the altera website, that usb blaster is not supported on the W7 64bit system.

this from pdf of Altera:

The USB-Blaster download cable is only available for Windows 2000, Windows XP

(32-bit and 64-bit), Windows Vista (32-bit and 64-bit), UNIX and all Linux plaforms

such as Red Hat Enterprise 4, Red Hat Enterprise 5, CentOS 4/5, and SUSE Linux

Enterprise 9.
