urgent help

i am new altera quartus user...the version i used was version 9.. can anyone do me a favour by telling me how to put back text editor as well as waveform editor setting? my setting in the red circle ...

because i have accidentaly dunno press what button wrongly... so the clock, force 0, and force 1 button are missing...please help me.
