Honored ContributorI'm not sure it's helpful either, I don't think any one working on the Altera website is reading this forum.
I've just tried to create an account with a fake address from yopmail.net and it worked fine, so you must have something strange in the email addresses you are using (non ascii letters, or maybe a space before or after, if you are doing copy/paste) that make the test fail.
