TSCA-PBT

Hello,

We'd like to determine if these contain any of the five 5 chemicals recently issued under final rules by 2021 under TSCA.

• Decabromodiphenyl ether (DecaBDE) 1163-19-5
• Phenol, isopropylated phosphate (3:1) (PIP (3:1)) 68937-41-7
• 2,4,6-Tris(tert-butyl)phenol (2,4,6-TTBP) 732-26-3 above 0.3%
Hexachlorobutadiene (HCBD) 87-68-3
• Pentachlorothiophenol (PCTP) 133-49-3

The products of interest are below

EP2C70F672C8N
EPCS64SI16N

We hope to know 5PBTs of the above devices.

Thank you.
Best regards,
Chinatsu

      These devices are Intel® FPGA.

We want to know Intel® FPGA about the five 5 chemicals recently issued under final rules by 2021 under TSCA.

I knew the below on your web site.

      1.

Is there a Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Document for... (intel.com)

      2.

Does Intel® FPGA comply with Restrictions of Hazardous Substances...

      Does Intel(R)Processors include all Intel(R)FPGAs?

      In regads to 1.

      Summary

Explains Intel® Processors compliance with TSCA.

      Description

Seeking TSCA certification and document in order to distribute Intel® Processors in the United States.

      Resolution

Intel® Processors are compliant with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). For this reason no document is needed.

Our processors do not contain any of the following substances restricted under TSCA: decabromodiphenyl ether (decaBDE), phenol, isopropylated phosphate (3:1) (PIP (3:1)), 2,4,6-tris(tert-butyl)phenol (2,4,6-TTBP), hexachlorobutadiene (HCBD) and pentachlorothiophenol (PCTP).

Do the above adopt to Intel® FPGA?

      Please reply to us.

We wait for your answer soon.

      Best regards,

      Chinatsu

        Hello,

They are independent to each other.

I believe my team has provided you the TSCA DCL through case number 05332932. Hence I will proceed by closing this case.

        Thank you.
