Top and Bottom VIA lenght In Altera PDN spreadsheet

Hi,

In the altera PDN spreadsheet,under CAP_MOUNT tab, what exactly does the parameter TOP-VIA lenght and BOTTOM -VIA LENGHT refer to?.. Kindly explain asap.

    And also under PLANE_CAP tab, what does PLANE LENGHT AND WIDTH refer to?
