Timer, Global Timer or Private Internal Timer? Whats the difference??

Hi!!

I am writting my own dts and I just dont really know, if I have to include the 3 different Timers in my dts!?

Can somebody tell me whats the difference between them and how does Linux knows about these differences???

4 x Timers (L4 bus)

2 x Private Timers (1 per Cortex)

1 x Global Timer (also in MPU)

ps: I have same question for the 2 Watchdog Modules(L4) and the 2 private watchdogs(CortexA9)!
