timequest multicycle path and SQRT

I think you are right to be careful about multicycle here as we don't know the internal logic of SQRT. Your 40MHz approach is safer. Or take risk and set multicycle then do timing simulation. It is very likely it is all multicycle but frankly the tool should automate that.
