Temp sensing on HC3 - Need Elect Interface Data

I'm looking for the electrical interface parameters for using the Temperature Sensing Diode (TSD) on a hardcopy III device (from the Stratix II Device Handbook, Vol 1, May 2007). I've found the level of detail I need for a Stratix-II but that's it! Can someone point me to the TSD electrical characteristics for the HC-III? Maybe the HC-3 is electrically the same as the S2, need to confirm? Thanks for your help.
