Talking to Stratix V from Matlab over PCIe

We are planning to use a DK_DEV_5SGXEA7N development card in a Windows based PC. We sould like to pass blocks of data between Matlab and the Stratix via the card's PCIe bus. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience doing something similar?
