Stratix v PCI-E multifunction

Looking at a new design using GSD4 with PCi-E Gen 2 x4 but need multifunction support. I don't see this mentioned in users guide. Is this supported for S-V PCI-E block?

    Where is the documentation that describes how to enable this feature. I was not able to find it in the Stratix V PCIe hard IP user's guide. Also, the MegaWizard does not seem to have settings to enable this feature. Targetting the 5SGSD4 and QuartusII 12.0.
