Stratix 10 TX 2500 - Beryllium Content

Hello - We are trying to understand whether the Stratix 10 TX FPGA contains any amount of Beryllium; if so, how much (ppm or mass)?

Do you have a materials report which might provide this information? If not, a statement would be sufficient.

The information provided on the MDDS is specific to BeO and only states that the level of BeO is less than 0.1% of mass.
