Hello, I've just bought an Altera BAIXUN on eBay. It is an Atera Cyclone EP1C6T144C8. Can you give me some answer ? Can I program it in VHDL without "USB Blaster" ? I have only USB cable. ...

It worked! After setting the unassigned input pins to tri-state,

both AS and JTag is capable of being programmed and work correct.
