Hello, I've just bought an Altera BAIXUN on eBay. It is an Atera Cyclone EP1C6T144C8. Can you give me some answer ? Can I program it in VHDL without "USB Blaster" ? I have only USB cable. ...

Yes, there are two port named "AS" and "JTAG" on the board. So, can I program it with Quartus II ? In VHDL ?
