signaltap can't find the instance

Error(261005): Can't find the instance. Download a design with SRAM Object File containing this instance. I programming Stratix10mx device with signalTap, but failed with errors above.

Make sure Signal Tap is enabled in the project settings and pointing to the correct .stp file. Then recompile your project.
