Serial number or activation code for ARM DS-5

I read that any board you purchase from Altera comes with it, I bought the De1 Soc board and I can't seem to find either of these with my purchase. Where would this be located? I've looked all over and tried multiple string of numbers I've found on the physical board and don't seem to have a paper with it.

    On the Cyclone V Soc Development Kit it came on a piece of A4 paper in a plastic envelope. You can't miss it, it has a bar code and a big "ARM License Serial#" text in the middle. That said I know that the Soc kits from Altera are sold with an DS-5 license but I'm not sure it's the case for Terasic's boards.
