Serial number or activation code for ARM DS-5

I read that any board you purchase from Altera comes with it, I bought the De1 Soc board and I can't seem to find either of these with my purchase. Where would this be located? I've looked all over a...

On the Cyclone V Soc Development Kit it came on a piece of A4 paper in a plastic envelope. You can't miss it, it has a bar code and a big "ARM License Serial#" text in the middle. That said I know that the Soc kits from Altera are sold with an DS-5 license but I'm not sure it's the case for Terasic's boards.
