RTP/RTCP on CycloneIII

Hello, i have device with Cyclone III (40k LE) and Marvell-88E1111.

How do i start create rtp/rtcp protocol?

Does Triple Speed Ethernet generate IPv4 and UDP header? Or do i must generate this?

Nitche Stack have big cost. May be Do i use other way?

    Try the lwip stack. It is very detailed discussed already in this forum.
