Please provide the Target impedance values over frequency for all the powers. The tool used is Ansys SIwave

We are optimizing the PDN by trying to minimize the capacitors used as well as the placement of capacitors in the board. As we are designing high speed board this is crucial for us. So, we need to understand the range of impedance required for all the CPU core powers so that we can optimize the design.
we are expecting the impedance values over frequencies for CPU powers. So please provide us the target impedance ranges with respect to specific frequencies.
