Request for FA MPN# 5SGXMABK3H40C2LG

Hi Intel Team,

Please be informed that, Flex Pen has found 1 pc of IC from Intel was failed due to unable to power up, details of failure as attached. Flex Pen would like to return this 1 pc defective component failure to Intel for failure analysis.

Please do provide RMA# for return ( Shipping details, attn to & contact no ).
