Reliability

Hi, I'm Fernando López, reliability calculation engineer at Indra Sistemas. We are using some of the components of it (

EPC16QI100N
EP2S90F1508I4
EPCS64SI16N
EPM570T100I5N
10M16DCF484I7G

) for one of our systems. Please, could you send us some reliability data (MTBF, Failure Rate, FIT, ...) or study (Htol) specifying environment and temperature?

    Hello,


    For your information regarding the request for the FIT value of EP2S90F1508I4 & 10M16DCF484I7G.Below are the details for the FIT value.


    FIT (EP2S90F1508I4) = 15.5 @ 70C junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level.

    FIT (10M16DCF484I7G) = 20.5 @ 70C junction operating temperature, 60% confidence level.


    For product EPC16QI100N & EPCS64SI16N were long obsolete. The reliability report needed NDA from customer as these are old products.
