Reliability report

I need to evaluate transient FIT and hard failure FIT for verification of our component data base, used in our company's functional safety analysis as part of Exida's IEC61508 and ISO26262 certification assessment. How do I get a copy of this data (under NDA and to be used only to verify our database entries)?
