Reliability data for Cyclone10 10CL025YU256

Hi,
as the Cyclone10 series is not included in the latest (?) downloadable reliability report (dated 1H 1027), I'd like to ask for the FIT of the above mentioned device (or any updated reliability report).

      just thought there might be a newer release of the reliability report like ALTERA published availble - for sure it's your decision to keep FR confidential

      I have an NDA form I can send to Intel for this type of data. Who would be the best contact person at Intel?

      In particular, I'm looking for failure data for the 10CL120YF780I7G and 10CL055YF484I7G.
