registers implementation in cyclone3

hi

i want implement 32 bit registers in cyclone3 .

1. is it possible to create signal with 32 bit?

2 can i use in built memory for that?

which is better?

    1. Yes, using standard HDL or schematic description

    2. Possible, but normally not useful for a single 32-bit register.
