reconfigure FPGA from userspace

HI,

Is it possible to reload the rbf file to FPGA after booting the linux (from user space)?

I have two board's De0-Nano-Soc and Aries MCV , both cyclon V.

As i am new to SoC concept , please provide the detailed document for procedure if it is possible to reload/reconfigure FPGA with same design again from user space.
