Im having this same issue. The website seems down. cant log into the app.

have you found anyway to make it work?

    No, unfortunately not.

    Intel isn't too responsive either, and nobody has reacted to this question yet. I read somewhere that they do still have the data, so downloading a GPX file shouldn't be too much of a problem for them.
