Reading HPS Interrupt Controller registers

Hello,

I'm using JTAG MASTER to read registers of controllers in HPS. Only GIC registers always return me zeros. My JTAG Master defined as secure. I work with Cyclone V SOC. Does anybody meet the same issue?
