reading and writing to ddr2

I've just purchased a CIII video dev kit from bitec. Can anyone show me how to wrtie/read files to the ddr2 memory? Much obliged.

In particular, I would like to load two bmp files, stripped of the metadata of course and switch back and forth between the two using frame buffers? sorry, new to the forum.
