Reading a FPGA

Dears Members,

Someone can say me if I can read a FPGA (EP610PC35) with one of the Altera´s tools?

    EP610 is a CPLD rather than a FPGA. It can be read by many third party universal programmers and Altera Programming Unit (APU), but only, if the security bit isn't set.
