Honored ContributorAlternatively, refer to the guidelines in the cyclone v handbook (https://www.altera.com/en_us/pdfs/literature/hb/cyclone-v/cv_5v2.pdf). They are very clear. See the "guideline: use the same vccpd for all i/o banks in a group" section on page 5-18.
