quartus prime lite and flex/acex support

hi, question from total newbie.Plus-sorry for my bad english. Is it possible to develop applications for old flex 6000 or acex 1k with quartus prime.Or i need to download and install quartus 2 9...

I dont think the latest QII prime supports these devices since they are quite old. You would need to use the old QII version which has them supported.
