Quartus II License question

I bought a PCI Express development board, but the License for PCI Express was expired(License for Quartus II was not expired), how do I solve this problem?Thank you!

    (With a sympathetic sigh) I think you (or hopefully your company) probably need to purchase the core, at least to use it without the tethering/time-out properties. If you bought the board new hopefully you can contact Altera and they can extend some sort of demo license for the board, because it's really difficult to work with this IP without a license.
