quartus ii internal error: Sub-system: ECOQ

When I opened Quartus II(version 14.1)，there occurs one error, whose description is below:

"Problem Details

Error:

Internal Error: Sub-system: ECOQ, File: /quartus/ace/ecoq/ecoq_manager.cpp, Line: 179

m_was_initialized."

I didn't find neither this directory nor the .cpp file.

How should I solve this problem?

    For Quartus internal error, you should file a case to MySupport to ask for workaround or patch. The QII just crash and user normally is not able to fix it.
