I formatted one of my optional computers ,reinstalled windows xp and then reinstalled the quartus 11.0 sp1,now it can work on this computer.It seems that quartus 11.0 conflicts with some software.Is that right? Is there anyone can give me some ideal to avoid this situation since I can not format the computers currently used.
