Programming sof using different firmware

Hi, The Quartus programmer requires the firmware to program the sof. Does Quartus utilize firmware content during the compilation?

The Quartus programmer requires the firmware to program the sof. Does Quartus utilize firmware content during the compilation?

What is the function of these zip files in the firmware folder ? Do we have any use case where the zip is being used?

  • May I know the reason on why you need to know this information?

    Hi Aiman,

    I just want to understand the usage of the firmware in this folder, when and how it is being used.
