programming failed with quartus_jli and Stratix-10

I am using Quartus Prime Pro 19.1 with 19.1.1 patch. There are 3 FPGAs (1SG280HN2xxx) in JTAG chain. I can use .sof to program them properly. Then a JAM file has been generated for JTAG programming....

Hi Shujiang Wang, Have you tried the patch for v17.1.1? https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/knowledge-base/component/2018/-why-cant-i-program-my-stratix-10-device-using-a--jam-file--in-i.html If this is working, please let me know. Regards, YL
