New Contributorprogramming failed with quartus_jli and Stratix-10
I am using Quartus Prime Pro 19.1 with 19.1.1 patch. There are 3 FPGAs (1SG280HN2xxx) in JTAG chain. I can use .sof to program them properly. Then a JAM file has been generated for JTAG programming....

Have you tried the patch for v17.1.1?
